How to customize project life-cycle phases

I have 2 requirements to customize:

  1. Phases involved in the RPA project life-cycle customization.
    Which is located under cost-benefit tab, PFB screenshot for better understanding:

    There I need to add few more phases like hypercare and edit the existing phase, like changing analysis to Project initiation, solution design to data gathering as per my team need.

  2. Approval work flow customization, after submitting the idea in Automation-hub
