How to cross verify total in one excel with another

Hi team,
i got excel named “statement.xlsx” which contains Transaction Amount=6806506.76 I need to cross verify this amount with another excel named Mis1.xlsx in column “AMOUNT” and status should be “Accepted” will share u my excel and some screenshot for better Statement.xlsx (8.9 KB) Mis1.xlsx (36.3 KB) understanding
