How to create PDD Document , i have a recording so what can i do .

  1. If you have task mining perform the steps while keeping task capture open it would take screenshots and capture key level details

  2. If not …go through recording understand the process…document detailed steps…then add exceptions,approver details.applications,a flow to show as is process and then any prerequisites etc

As you have the recording of the process, manually preparing the SDD is the only option you have. Refer this SDD template and update as per your process details.
