How to connect service now production environment

Hi Guys,

how can we connect to service now in prod environment, with service now team activities i can able to connect with service now developer instance but the same if i try to connect my prod service now its not working what is the reason, every where i can see video and how to connect only for developer instance it will be helpful if any samples or videos how to connect to prod service now.
