How to calculate ROI according to each transaction item in Insights?

Hello everyone, I have recently started using Insights. In my process, 1 transaction item takes 6 minutes and let’s say the hourly wage is 50.
I want to calculate according to each transaction item while writing formulas.
How can I specify this in “Dollars” for “Money Saved widget”?

hey @AygunMrcn, youll want to follow the instructions here to switch the process baselines widget to work with queues instead of processes. Then, for all of the formulas, just make sure to multiply by the number of transactions

hey @Melissa_Acosta, what product version are you looking for? I think the reason it’s erroring out is because that link doesn’t exist anymore for 21.10 which is the latest version and the docs default.
