How to add to a new mail a hyperlink to an existing one

Hi, wanna know if it’s possible to add in a new mail a link to an existing mail, something like:

"Check this mail" -> <a href=Link>Linked mail</a>

When i click on it opens the mail from outlook. Any ideas?

it might not be possible

instead you need to save the mail and add as attachment
