How to add a break line in Reply to outlook mail message

In “Reply to Outlook Mail Message” activity, I am unable to add a break line between the mail body. The things I feel are missing are:

  1. Cannot add a break line. (used environment.newline and vbCrlf)
  2. Don’t have any option to use HTML for body of the mail.
  3. Formatting of the mail not possible as per my knowledge.
  4. Couldn’t find a way to add an inline image as a signature in the body.

Kindly help me out if you can.

Thanks a lot. This solved a major part(top 3) of my issue.
My company uses image as the signature. And thus instead of writing " Regards, MyName" I have to attach an image.
Is there any way of doing the same?
