How to access a shared mailbox using Outlook Mail Activities?

Hello everyone,

At my company, we were using a process which used a “GetMail Activity” to access some Mails from a shared Mailbox to use them for further activities.

After we had to change every Mail activity from “Exchange” to “Outlook” Mail Activities we are having difficulties to access the Shared Mailbox through the “Get Mail Activity”.
After trying a lot of different possible solutions we still did not find a way to get the process running again.

Do you guys have ideas on how to access a shared mailbox through the “Outlook GetMail” Activity?

Put the name as it appears in Outlook into the Account property…

I did put my mail id like “kevin@outlook.com” within the account tab. Yet it shows
“email is inaccessible due to its protection level. Pls use data manager to recreate it” . On the oter hand, if i keep it blank, it auto chooses my default outlook mailid and workflow runs as per requirement

This tells me you have a variable named email that you have the email address in, but you have it scoped incorrectly (or never created the variable) and need to resolve that.
