Hi @Hemant_Kumar1

Its Recommended to use all the Sample documents containing all the possible scenarios, minimum of 10 documents is required but for more accuracy you can train more Sample Documents.

If you are extracting the Data from same Sample Documents in both the projects , then Yes you can use same ML Skill or else you need to create a different one.
