How is "Attach Browser" activity generated?

Hello,
I am using UiPath studio and I can’t find attach browser activity in the list of available activities. I web recorded a job but it generated a “Use Browser Chrome” activity and not “Attach Browser”. How do I generate “Attach Browser” activity or record to get it? Thanks in advance for any help.
