How expand the rows and column in excel

Hi every experts

i would like to expand all the rows and columns in my created excel sheet. The header of the file were wrap text and whenever UiPath copy and paste from a datatable. The result will look like Fig 1 and i would like to automate it to follow like Fig 2.
