Excel copy-paste issue help

When copying cells from one Excel sheet and pasting them into another excel sheet, is there a way to automatically adjust the row size to fit?

I want it to be like an image.

If Modern Excel, try Autofit Range activity in Excel scope.

When I paste the cells from Image 1 into another Excel sheet, the cells overflow as shown in Image 2. I want to extend the rows to prevent this overflow. Was my explanation clear enough?
