How can we combine rows with some column values which same

i have a excel sheet where i want to compare that and find rows with similar customer and engineer and merge them to treat them as single row.

here the customer name Krypton and engineer name yogeesha is same with two rows so that rows should be combine

When you say combine you want to remove one of the row ? Or is there any way you want to combine like adding data as comma separated and all
