How can I view jobs and processes from sub-folders on root folder?

Hello everybody,

I need to monitor a set of processes that were created in sub-folders. In order to not have to jump from folder to folder in order to view what jobs are running or what processes I have on each folder, I’d like to be able to view them all in the root folder. However, when I go there, it doesn’t show anything.

I have linked all the queues to the root folder and I can see them there but I really want this for jobs and processes.

I believe that if the processes had been created on the root folder and then linked to the sub-folders it would work, but they were created in the sub-folders.

Can you help? Thank you!

In order for you to see the jobs in root folder, they are supposed to be created and run from root folder. Although you want to link them to root folder you are not running the jobs from root folder, I guess. In that case, There is no provision to check all the running jobs from root folder.
I would suggest to apply proper filters and bookmark the pages where jobs are displayed with latest status and group them together on the Edge Browser. In this way with a single click you will have multiple pages of running jobs simultaneously.

How could I submit a feature or improvement request for this?

I can’t make much sense of it allowing to link from sub-folder to root folder for queues, which helps in monitoring but not the processes and the jobs.

This is one of the major design flaws of modern folders and has been pointed out to UiPath repeatedly including at Forward.
