Hi,

Hi @Gopalakrishnan_K,
Is this problem still occurring to you?

@Pablito,
Yes, It is still a problem.

Could you describe step-by-step what exactly you have and want to perform? It will be easier for me to understand what kind of issue we are dealing with.

@Pablito,
First i created an app in the new feature UI Path App. That app involves a button that invokes a created RPA process.
I copied the Orchestrator link ,tried to use this link with another UiPath account and it failed.

@Gopalakrishnan_K I’m not sure if I understand the problem. Are you trying to run the App that you built? To the test the app you can click on Preview. You can also click on Publish and subsequently Run from homepage. You might find this video helpful to get started. If you’re switching between accounts you might have to logout and login to the new account.

@Pablito,
I’m trying to run the app I created in a remote machine with a different account. Will this work ? If yes, how. I am getting ‘Login failed’ error in this case.

What do you mean when you say different account ? Are you not able to login into https://cloud.uipath.com ? If you created an app in one account and trying to run in different account by pasting link on browser it won’t work as you need to be logged into the account that you’re trying to access. However, you can get the app into new account by first exporting the app and import into the new account.

@pavanc,
Thanks for the reply. How to export the app and import into the new account?

I’m getting this error after exporting, importing to another account and trying to run it. How can i resolve it?

  1. Go to Home Page
  2. Find the app you want to export.
  3. Click on …
  4. Should find export option.

Okay. You cannot use the same process of previous account. You need to redo the bindings.

@pavanc,
Redo the bindings means?

Check the start process rule. Does it point to the valid process?
