Host/Publish forms for user input

Hi Team,
Currently designed forms using UiPath.Form.Activities dependency. When published in orchestrator the Form gets opened in Master server. There is no way a user can access master server and fill in details manually for the bot to take these inputs and move forward with execution. Is there anyway to publish this form activity via web with orchestrator or any other UiPath web app so the user could login there and provide inputs to the bot manually ?

Any help would be appreciated.

The user should be given access to the Orchestrator and use Assistant to access the Form this would need an attended license. Once that is done the Process will be visible in Assistant and post running the BOT the form will be visible on the user machine itself. Hope that helps.

An automation like this is supposed to be run attended using UiPath Assistant on the user’s computer.
