Help with UNZIP file activity- weird error

I have downloaded a zip to a specified location using an HTTP GET. I need to unzip/extract this zip file into the same location, but I’m experiencing an error I cannot explain.

I have searched solutions on the forum, but none has worked for me. I need some help with this.
