Gmail process for downloading and replying

Log into gmail. Find the mails which contains subject “Important”. Download the attachments. Open that attachment. Mail it to corresponding technical person and After getting the issue solved then , forward the solution to the corresponding customer. Copy the issue and body of the reply mail.

Can anyone help me,I m trying to download attachment from mail,but my robot run and excute the procees and shows no error but there is now attachmnet downloaded?
