Getting error on Azure Orchestrator URL home page - An unknown error has occurred. (#200)

I happened to revisit this issue today and found that the identity.ClientRedirectUris table in the database needs to have the correct Redirect Uris referenced to the Orchestrator Client ID.

I happened to revisit this today randomly and for some reason it just clicked when I thought about what it might be… The symptom was Load-balanced URL and the Primary Node would successfully redirect to the Identity Service using the Load-balanced URL and after authenticating it would redirect back to the original requested address. However, any other URL would fail when it redirected to the Identity Service and throw an Error. Web UI: An unknown error has occurred. (#200) and in Event Viewer…
