Getting an error message while working with uipath

Hi, Often I’m facing a issue while working with UiPath Studio. I’ll attach the error here.

Error: UiPath.Studio.Contracts.RecoverableException: Studio closed the active project due to a critical internal error. You may retry to open the project.
at UiPath.Studio.Project.Client.Ipc.Services.ProcessTerminatedBehavior.HandleProcessTerminatedInternal()
at UiPath.Studio.Plugin.Workflow.Services.ProjectProcessController.b__19_0()
at System.Threading.Tasks.Task.<>c.b__128_0(Object state)
at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.InternalRealCall(Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs)
at System.Windows.Threading.ExceptionWrapper.TryCatchWhen(Object source, Delegate callback, Object args, Int32 numArgs, Delegate catchHandler), HResult -2146233088

When ever this error pops up all my coding gets erased and it is not saved. I have to redo everything. Please advice me on this. Have anyone faced this error?

Restart the studio or uninstall and install it again

Hi @Rashmika_Barathan, @sangeethaneelavannan1 and @Gokul001,

Do not waste your time reinstalling UiPath Studio, it won’t fix the issue. Windows projects in UiPath may be the origin of the error here.

This issue is persistent still. There are no fixes for it yet. Below is the Feedback post describing the impact. The case is also reporter via the Customer portal, We have to wait for a resolution (until the next minor release)

Details : Studio crashes continuously on 22.4.x and 22.10.x

Hi @jeevith,
This is shocking news. But still I’m facing it frequently, at least 10 times in a day.

Is there any way to autosave in Uipath community edition? Because if this is possible then it might reduce the tension on getting this error message.
