Get Transaction Items for report Generation

hi All,

Working on generating reports from Orchestrator, there are two queue A and B.

  1. In this scenario i have added data to B Queue on 18 Sep 2019 and when trying to run Get Queue Items with From Date was 18/09/2019 and To date was 19/09/2019, in this scenario, I have also processed few queue items and I am able to get the status of those and save them in a separate excel for further usage.
  2. When coming to A Queue i have added added on 06 Sep 2019, and processed the cases on 18/09/2019, when tried to get the Get Queue Items, with From Date was 18/09/2019 and To date was 19/09/2019, i am getting the transaction Item empty.

Is there any way to get all the items that are processed in the given range of date from both the queues.

Any suggestions will helpful.
