Orchestrator Queue Data as Reporting

hi Team,

Working on Reporting Part on Orchestrator queue data, on daily bases we receive around 1000-1500 cases presently we are sending the Queue data manually getting the Data from Orchestrator, but that has became an daily job for us. So started the search to get the Automatic Report email generated that would be sent to the business on daily basis.

Tried working with Get Queue Items but its able to give only last 100 transactions but that doesn’t serve my requirement. When tried to work with API we are not authorized to get the access.
As the process is already in Prod we are not able to make much changes.

Any suggestions will be helpfull.
