Get text from program stops working

I have the following set-up:

It’s a very simple set-up that takes the value from an element in the target program, and takes that value in text to Excel.

This works fine for the first few times, but then stops working.

Error message:

Could not find the user infterface (UI) element for this action.

I dont understand what creates this error, is the target program changing their element(names?) for security?

on your picture i see the preview for get text that it takes the entire page? it should take only one field. if it identifies like this then the app card didn’t select correctly the poker application. might not be supported.
try to change the framework when indicating for get text, press f4 when indicating
