Get Text attribute error

I am getting the following error while using Get text activity.

The target Element was not specified for this activity. You should set its Target property or use this activity inside of a scope activity (Attach Browser, Open Browser, Open Application, Attach Window, Get Active Window, Element Scope activities).

What I am currently doing is I am trying the get the value from the desktop application.

Solution is in error message, which is self explanatory.
You just have to drag attach window activity(indicate on target app) then inside that use get text and indicate on screen.
