Two or more mails logged in your outlook application, or only one mail logged in.
If two mails are logged in the outlook application, then specify the email address within double quotes in the Account field in properties of Get outlook mail message activity.

Check for email accounts and if more than 1 then you need to mention the account as well. also check folder spelling in activity and outlook.
