Get List Item, Microsoft 365 Sharepoint, column type Person or Group

How to read all the data that is in column type Person or Group? The field can contain more than one person and each one contain some collection (?) of data. I would need to get access to all the email address. Is this possible?

Thank you but that did not help. There was some conversation about the topic, but it was quite old (legacy) and the solution found quite clumsy.

But i figured out this myself by using 365 activities and some pure c# coding
