Get Exchange Mail Messages: The Autodiscover service couldn't be located

I have been using this activity for about a year, Same details…

I’m using an email address in the Autodiscovery inbox… Today it has stopped working for some reason. The Full Error is: {

Any Ideas?

  1. The password might have expired
  2. Try updating the mail pckages
  3. Can you please confirm what is the exchange server youa re using?

The password is updated,
All mail activities are up to date also.
I have been using the exchange2010

Can you try with exchange_2013 please

Also server - https://outlook.office365.com/ews/exchange.asmx

I tried it with the server details and got a different message:

Private: Get Exchange Mail Messages: The request failed. The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized.

Are there any group policy changes ?
