what i need to have in the zip folder ?
I have 2 folder : Dispatcher and performer, did i need just to zip this 2 folders on 1 folder and upload it ?

Yes place the 2 folders inside one folder and then zip it.

To upload this to the portal you can zip it to a single file and share. But please give the file name as they suggested.

as per the below post i think you can directly ZIp both files and upload.But make sure you executed the flow and it worked fine.
Also the queue item status also should have updated with automation.
