Generate Yearly Report Did not Capture all transaction Data

Hi , I have an issue regarding my dispatcher for Level 3 Assignment. When I first run , the robot is able to capture 17/17 item from the ACME.

Now I am running performer to update , but it is able to capture only 9/17 of the item.

I tried to run again the Dispatcher and for some reason It can only capture 9 item
