GE PFMD automation in Manufacturing Execution System( MES)

Hi ,

I am automating process of manufacturing Execution system . Screens on plant floor are developed in software called GE PFMD (Proficy for Manufacturing descret).

Elements/objects on the screen are not currently identified by UIpath. Has anyone tried this before? If yes please let me know the solution.

Can you explain ,what and all operations you are doing on that???..

HI ,

I do click on buttons , write in text boxes etc. on the PFMD screens(Proficy Client) and Cimplicity screens to capture the data and use that data on next screen. As per my understanding PFMD runs on .net framework but objects are not getting identified.Few screenshots as below.

You can use send hot keys, to navigate inside the application.

Hotkeys can only be used in case of button click but if we need to find the text on the screen and then click that text then it will not be useful.

Whether you tried with the click image etc .activities???..
