Forwarding a mail

Can somebody please, show me how to forward mail, that is in specific outlook subfolder folder, using a desktop app. I have try but to no avail. There is only one file at a time in this subfolder.

I have try, but don’t know how to “select” email that I wanna sent. I have try creating emaillist and use for each email activity but doesn’t work for me.
