Forward Email in UiPath

Hi,
I am using “Forward Email” activity under “Use Desktop Outlook App” scope . The account is already setup. But When the control comes to “Forward Email”, I get an error, “Forward Email: The provided MailMessage does not reference a known email service.”

I have tried using “Send Outlook Mail Message” activity instead and gave value for “Forward” property. But it sends it as an New Email and NOT AS FORWARDED.

So, How to resolve these issues?

Used “For each Email” activity and got the input from it instead of “get Outlook Mail Messages” . it worked.
