About our Forum Categories

This article will cover our Forum categories and their underlying logic and structure.
Our main category view is split between:
- our Hyperautomation theme on the left side
- News, feedback, educational and other content on the right side
It looks like so:
Hyperautomation
Discover is where you can discuss how to plan your RPA journey as well as engage us about each of our products that help you achieve it:
Build is where you can ask your questions related to your specific automation. General issues can go to the main category, while the specific ones should be in one of the sub-categories:
Don’t forget to tag your issues appropriately
Manage is where you can discuss how to manage your automations. A number of sub-categories are available if you have an issue with a specific application:
Run provides a space to discuss how our robots work. It has two spaces for each type of the robot:
Engage space allows you to discuss human and robot interaction across entire processes. Available subcategories are:
Measure is where you will want to discuss how to properly evaluate the efficiency of your robotic workforce. These subcategories are for specific topics:
News, feedback, learning and other
News is a special category that allows you to follow up on our latest developments. Each of its sub-categories will allow you to keep up with everything that UiPath is up to:
Additionally, #news, #news:release-notes and #news:new-features categories are by default set to inform you whenever a new topic is created. This will manifest itself via a small, blue notification at your avatar in the top right corner:
If you do not clear that notification for 10 mintues, Forum will automatically email you about the new topic. These are default site settings which you can configure to your own liking in your own user preferences
User Voice is your space for all the product feedback. Feel free to browse the space first to see if your idea is already posted. If not, you can use one of these quick links to post your specific idea:

Learn space is where you can ask your RPA peers about anything that relates to your learning experience. This includes Academy-related questions as well as questions specific to our Academic Alliance program, which is reflected by the available subcategories:
Ask in Your Language is where you can ask your question in another language. Please tag your topic with one of our available language tags when you do so:
