Introduction to agentic automation - Course reflection

I didn’t necessarily know what agentic automation was before starting. I’ve been an RPA developer for 5+ years now, but wanted to get on the forefront of the trend. After seeing “Agentic Automation” plastered all over my LinkedIn, I decided to go through the introduction course, and it was one of the simplest and easiest breakdowns to understand. The big “aha” moment was seeing the breakdown of where Agents step in versus Robots. That visual representation made it click in my head instantly.

Difference between PDF activities and DU Activities

Hi, I have a scenario to get the page count of a pdf file. Upon checking I found that there shows two activities of different packages. [image] Is there any difference with these activities. Is it ok to use the DU activities?

Error en use excel file

Hi @mively There could be several reasons why this could happen. I can recall 2 reasons: If the Excel is running in the Background, but there is no visible UI. Solution: Introduce a Kill Process activity (To kill any Excel Process) before the Excel Process Scope. If the Excel abruptly Crashed in-between (during the Run). Solution: Use Try Catch to handle the exception and Retry. I would recommend restarting excel and studio. Then, Run the process again. See if it fails in the first run, or a…
