Any chance you have changed your email on either platform? I believe your email should match on all platforms for the achievements to be properly recognized by UiConnect!

Same issue for me, but I really do not understand why it matters… @sandeep13 what are you missing on the UiConnect, besides a jpg/png/gif next to your picture?

in UiConnect show only Academy Achievements, Go! Achievements, Connect Achievements
Points have also gone down and trust level went from Member to Basic
