Forms AI - Table Prediction of Scanned PDF

Hi,
We have couple of scanned pdfs, and each pdf has same kind of format.
We need to extract the tables from each pdf and each pdf has a number of tables. which look like below.

I tried to use the Forms AI but the data extraction is not proper and I don’t see the values in Table format.

Any suggestion on this one ?
