EXTRACTING TABLE FROM SCANNED IMAGE

I have a Pdf with scanned copy of papers which has a Table in it, Is there any specific way to extract that table in a structured manner ?

This can be achieved by using some AI based OCR’s and understanding the form patterns, UiPath provides Document understanding, check below for your reference

OR

You can go for Abbyy flexicapture, Azure forms recoginer etc.,
