Form Designer is blank

When I try to create a form for create form task activity using form designer it shows a blank window and I cannot see any function. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?

Please try to update to the latest UiPath.Form.Activities package

Also, more details about the Studio version would be useful.

Here I have the same issue. I tried updating Microsoft Framework and I was not lucky enough to solve it…
