Form designer in not getting enabled

Hi all,
I am using UiPath studio 2023.10.0 community edition. I am very new to Action Center, I have installed UiPath.form.Activity and UiPath.Persistence packages, still while using Create form task activity I am not able to edit form designer. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling dependencies, also tried to downgrade the package version.

can anyone help.

For Action Center related form Creations you would also require to download the Package as mentioned in the Activity, check below post on the package names :

@siddharudh.kinagi Welcome to the community Please check if there are filters you have in the manage packages and remove all of them…filter is on the right top when you open manage packages [image] If not check if the official package is added [image] Cheers
