Failed to install package '[Process Name].Update.1.0.16

Hi All,

i got this error “Failed to install package '[Process Name].Update.1.0.16” when i tried to run the process with updated version in my unattended robot.

this is the package which caused the issue “UiPath.CoreIpc.RemoteException: Failed to download package ‘UiPath.Word.Activities.1.19.1-preview’ from ‘https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/uipath/5b98d55c-1b14-4a03-893f-7a59746f1246/_packaging/1c781268-d43d-45ab-9dfc-0151a1c740b7/nuget/v3/flat2/uipath.word.activities/1.19.1-preview/uipath.word.activities.1.19.1-preview.nupkg’.”

but i able to download this package “https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/uipath/5b98d55c-1b14-4a03-893f-7a59746f1246/_packaging/1c781268-d43d-45ab-9dfc-0151a1c740b7/nuget/v3/flat2/uipath.word.activities/1.19.1-preview/uipath.word.activities.1.19.1-preview.nupkg” if i paste the url to the browser in the same machine directly.

anyone face the same issue ?

There should be some dependency incompatibility. Is there any specific reason to install preview package? Try stable package and see if it works.

Hi Ashok,

no specific reason, i just use the latest version available.

i can try to downgrade to the lower stable version and try it out.
