Looks like the selector you used is not valid …please refine it…

Try using ui explorer and find a good selector…and if you have multiple chrome tabs open then consider giving title attribute with some wild characters atleast something like title= ‘*gov*’ else it will be default pick the first chrome tab it sees

this means robot cannot extract the data because
. the UI/selector cannot be found

suggestion

  1. try to re indicate and see if the selector works
    2.make sure the UI window is Open when extracting data

HI,

FYI, one of the ways of tuning selector, it may be effective to re-indicate the element using Repair button. Can you try this?
