Getting the error below when processing a document using Extract Document Data activity:
Extract Document Data: Request on StartDigitization failed with status code: Unauthorized. Error Message: No units available. Error Code: [NoUnitsAvailableError] CF-RAY: xxxxxxxxxx. AppId: xxxxxxxxxxx
Issue Description
Processing a document using Extract Document Data activity throws the below error:
"Extract Document Data: Request on `StartDigitization` failed with status code: Unauthorized. Error Message: No units available. Error Code: [NoUnitsAvailableError] CF-RAY: xxxxxxxxxx. AppId: xxxxxxxxxxx"
Resolution
- Follow the directions in this document and confirm that AI Units are available. If you do not have any available for consumption under Admin > License > Consumables, then contact your UiPath Account Manager and request more AI Units.
- If AI Units are available at the Organization Level, follow the steps in this document, select the Tenant where the Job/Process would run, and click Edit Allocation.
- Check/Confirm the amount of AI Units allocated at the tenant level.
- Increase the number to allocate more AI Units.
If the error is still received even after AI Units are available at the Organization and Tenant level, open a support case here and include the following:
- Screenshots of the Consumables at Organization and Tenant levels.
- Search for UiPath Diagnostic Tool in the Windows Search Menu, open it, select the Studio/Robot option, and go through the steps (Next, Collect, Next, Export, Save)
- Size of document
- Number of pages
- Number of prompts
