I’m having trouble with “read PDF with OCR”, specifically with the UiPath Document OCR.
I’m getting the following error:

We have an Enterprise tenant where Document Understanding is not enabled. However, this system was working perfectly until 1 PM yesterday, but it stopped working at 5:30 PM.

I understand that PDF reading isn’t available without Document Understanding, but I’m wondering why I didn’t get this error before, and most importantly, why did this error appear now? Has there been any change on my tenant? Any adjustments to the functionality of UiPath?

The error NoUnitsAvailableError means:

Your OCR credits (AI Units) are finished
