Extract data table from web pages that have different structure

Hi, I’m new to UIPath. I want to extract the data from a specific table which comes in the webpages where the structure is not always the same.
Each ids generate the same type of webpages. But the data table format can be different some times.

The basic table structure is ID, Quality Test, Test Result whereas in some pages it can be different like this ID, Quality Test, Test Result, Optimized Test Result.

How can I check if a table that is in a webpage is having a particular structure and based on that I will have to write the extracted data from these thwo tables to two excels.
