Extract Data for each SECOND row

I have been trying to find out if there is a way to add blank rows into a already made datatable or perhaps add rows in between while doing a Data scrape.
The scraped data that I get is all chunked together but I would like it to have a space in between each row or if possible, the data extracted on the next column to be pasted below the first. Adding pictures for easier reference below since I explain like a five year old.
Hope someone has a solution to this problem or an answer to if this is even possible or not!

Thanks for the quick response! I will try out your sample workflow file and see if it can be applied to what I am doing

I did try that earlier but it resulted in me getting even more confused than before. I was not sure how to insert a row between each row in a already created datatable, instead I somehow managed to delete half of the data scraped text… Even though it clearly says “Add” on Input - ChangeMode

Using the method you sent me worked out for me. It does not delete the second column for some reason, but that is fine. Thank you for your help!
