External Applications Option on Orchestrator On Prem

Hi everyone, kindly assist me on this issue. I am not able to find External Application tab on my Orchestrator on Prem. I have logged in using “Host” tenant and Admin credentials. Below screenshot is the only options that I have.

Please navigate to this address

https://OrchestratorURL/identity/management

Tenants → manage access → assign roles → manage account groups

I do not have access to Management. how can i get the access?

If you are the admin then you dont need any special access

I do not have Management option. as you can see from the screenshot, I only have Orchestrator.

Did you try hitting the url Management and check?

yes. it will go to URL/identity. Cause I do not have management access.
