[Orchestrator] - Managing External Applications

I’m trying to go to the manage external applications page in the orchestrator however when I tried to click Manage Accounts and Groups button, Im being redirected to an error page

URL not valid error

Additional information:
I already have an Admin tenant role


Please confirm if you are using cloud or on prem…for external applications addition these are the steps in the document for both types



But yes the error is coming which should not come
When you click on manage access as well…please provide more details like what are the roles you have…are you the org admin?


I’m using the on-prem orchestrator, with Administrator role on the tenant.
