As part of automation, I need to save a few emails and save them as pdf and then merge all the pdf files.

What exactly you want in PDF?
because I think directly storing mail as PDF is manually also not possible, as it won’t have PDF save as option.
But what you can to is get the outlook mail and fetch the information like From, To, Subject, Body and save it to some word format and the you can convert that word to PDF using uipath.
manually we can export to pdf in outlook, by going to print and selecting pdf
