+Export button works only in attended mode using Click Image activity

Hi all, we are able to click on Export button in SAP GUI using Click Image activity in Attended mode, but it is not running in Unattended mode, we are getting Element not found error message. We tried to capture through Click activity, but we are not able to capture it. We also tried to send hotkey(tab) that also didn’t work. Can someone please help us around, thanks in advance.

Hello Friends, I have a strange issue which looks like a common problem. I have a to click on a certain position on screen (As the element on this application is not detected) I can click image or click exact position on screen when running attended job but when running unattended the click doesn’t happen. Hi,

To isolate cause, can you check screenshot when error occurs in unattended mode?
We can do it using TakeScreenshot activity or the following orchestrator settings.

If display size is too small to display the button, can you try to modify display size in the following settings.

If there is no screenshot due to exception etc, probably there is no interactive session of OS. Please review your settings for user of UR etc.

If it works attended but not unattended, the resolution probably isn’t the same on the machine where it’s running unattended. Make sure the resolution is set correctly for the robot. Font smoothing may also need to be turned on for the robot.

Resolutions are kept constant in all the machines which we are using.

But it’s an RDP connection Orchestrator uses and the resolution might not be the same. Just trust me and set the resolution on the robot and try it again.
