Excel writing data in another column based on one column

Hello All,

I have an excel file, in which one column “Coverage” has data like “Private Cars Package” with duplicates. for each and every row with that name I need to write “comprehensive” in column “Segment Class”.
I have attached file. Need to write the data in column W as mentioned. Please help me sorting the issue.
